CVAP Blog week 1

 CVAP Mantra 

I become, I believe, I am.

I am a great voice artist 

I have found come to love my own voice

Someone out there needs to hear my voice. Driven by my purpose, vision, mission and passion

I am not just  voice talent i am a voice artist

I have a pure heart and I will use my gift of voice to make other people better and happy with greatness and excellence

 And I can self express because I am success

With my CVAP family support my  potential and opportunities to serve using my voice are limitless 

I will promote voice acting as an art and create positive social change with my voice , I am a loyal committed, dedicated and empowered servant 

I will use my gift of voice to inspire , Inform, involve and illuminate the next generation of voice artist 

I will crate a culture of sharing, giving, loving and caring and we will always have an attitude of gratitude 

I will do it to give back my gift of voice to God

So this is the Mantra that they shared on our first session and its something that they follow and believe. and being part of the Cvap family only for a while I can already feel the inspiration, passion , the gift that they all posses share with each other and its only growing.

I did not really expect anything going into this course, just the fact that I will learn something new, make a few friends graduate and get the Cvap logo haha!. But when sir Pocholo started speaking and explained what this course was all about and why he created it I was in AWE of it all .

Our first class was mostly introduction and what to expect from the course, the greatness we can achieve if we stick to it, The Opportunities that awaits us the souls we can reach by just using our voice. And my favorite line of them all is that Someone out there needs to hear your voice.

Looking forward to our next classes ahead and learn from the Master himself  sir Pocholo and his loyal pride.

Cvap week 4

 what's up Kings and queens welcome to another Blog from yours truly VoiceVox. Sad to say that week 4 was our last day of classes,  but as sir Pocholo said our journey is only beginning. Our guest speaker for week 4 was from batch 5 Tunmic also know as (the nick of voice) he talked about how he did not know anything about Cvap, dubbing, voice artistry and that it was even a profession. This Gentlemen was a great example for Noobs like myself and many other voice artist who don't know anything about it especially editing voice overs and character voices etc. But than he started to practice he started to learn, he started to develop small skills here and there, watching videos from other voice artist he was patient, resilient and eventually his hard work payed of. Cvap week 3

What's up beautiful people welcome to my blog week 3 of Cvap.  Our guest speaker for this week was Joshua Simeon also known as Voice scout and he talked about the best practices of voice acting, how he started and the many projects that he has done already. Another inspiring story from our Cvap family. Week 3 is all about Practice practice practice  We practiced our tongue twisters Tagalog and English and while we were saying those words we were biting on a cork screw or in my case a pen. Which made the words hard to say and understand for the listeners but once you removed it and said them again, they become clearer and smoother than when you first started, so that was interesting to witness and fun at the same time.
